Four days a week I cheerlead for 2.5 hours each day along with and twice a week I work 6 hour shifts that consist of some moving. Adding on i dance for 45 minuets 5 days a week in dance class and also walk up and down 64th almost everyday (3-5 days depending on weather) at lunch to go to tim hortans.
3) Compare the pros and cons of 2 fitness activities:
There are benefits and drawbacks to both machines and free weights,
Free Weights- Hand weights are inexpensive, portable, and readily available for purchase in just about any department store. Keeping them in your living room or office can allow you exercise while completing multiple tasks. Though when you use free weights, you therefore end up engaging more muscles, as you have to work to stabilize the weight while lifting it. The drawback is that you’re at an increased risk of injury unless you maintain proper form.
resistance machine- The benefit of a resistance machine is that it will allow you to focus your mind on the effort, as opposed to the mechanics of the movement. But, unless you have enough space for a machine in your home, you’ll need to go out of your way to visit a gym or someone who does own them.

A home care assistant often help in private homes to help patients (elderly, disabled, mentally ill, and/or terminally ill) with daily tasks such as personal grooming and meal preparation
